SuperCharged provides free website builds along with subscription-based services for hosting, maintenance, business automation, and marketing for local businesses. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making any purchase.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on subscription fees, starting from the date your website is launched. If you are not satisfied with our services within this period, you may request a full refund of your subscription fees.

  • The 14-day period begins on the date your website goes live, not the date of purchase.
  • To request a refund, contact us at joe@supercharged.so within 14 days of your website launch.
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe.
  • Upon refund, all services will be terminated and your website will be taken offline.

The 14-day guarantee applies only to subscription fees. One-time fees (setup fees, Google Business Profile optimization, etc.) and usage-based charges (phone number rental, SMS, calls) are non-refundable at all times, including during the 14-day period.

After 14 Days — No Refunds

After the 14-day guarantee period, all payments are final and non-refundable. This includes:

  • Monthly and annual subscription fees
  • Multi-month prepaid subscription fees
  • One-time setup fees (e.g., voice agent setup)
  • One-time service fees (e.g., Google Business Profile optimization)
  • Add-on service charges
  • Usage-based charges (phone number, SMS, calls)

You may cancel your subscription at any time after the 14-day period, but no refunds will be issued for any remaining balance, unused time, or the unused portion of a prepaid term.

Free Website Build

  • The website design and build are provided free of charge.
  • No payment is required for the website build itself.
  • The free website build is contingent upon maintaining an active subscription.
  • The website remains the property of SuperCharged and is not transferred to you upon cancellation.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No future charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.
  • You will retain access to services until the end of your paid period.
  • Early cancellation of a multi-month or annual plan does not result in a partial refund.
  • Upon cancellation, your website will be taken offline and platform access will be revoked at the end of the paid period.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us directly at joe@supercharged.so so we can resolve it.

You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company for services that have been rendered. Filing a chargeback constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service.

SuperCharged reserves the right to submit evidence of your agreement to our Terms, service delivery, and platform usage in response to any dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in recovery efforts including legal and collection fees.

Payment Failures

If a scheduled payment fails, we will attempt to process the payment multiple times. If payment remains unsuccessful:

  • Your account and services may be suspended until the balance is paid.
  • Website hosting and active automations may be paused.
  • We reserve the right to terminate your account if payment is not received within 30 days.

Sales Call & Checkout

Subscriptions are purchased only after a sales call where all pricing, features, and billing terms are clearly presented.

By completing checkout, you confirm that you understand and agree to this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at joe@supercharged.so within 7 days of the charge so we can review and resolve the issue.
